Does the 14-day free trial have any cost?

None. The 14 days are completely free — no card, no setup. If you decide to continue, the €300 setup is invoiced at that point and all data registered during the trial is kept in full. If you don't continue, nothing is charged.

The platform notifies you when you're approaching your limit. If you need more capacity, we propose the next plan with no penalty or switching costs. Moving to a higher plan is immediate.

How does the annual discount work?

If you pay the first 12 months upfront, we apply a 20% discount on the total. This is the best option for centres with a fixed annual budget.

I'm on an annual plan and mid-year I exceed my limits. What do I pay?

We calculate the remaining time in your annual period and charge only the difference between your current and new plan for the months left. No new contract, no penalty. The plan change is immediate.

Why is there a minimum commitment period?

The first complete clinical cycle of relapse detection and post-discharge follow-up takes 90 days to show results. The commitment period ensures you see the real ROI, not just the implementation phase.
