How much does Caminar Libre cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the plan, the number of patients you support and what implementation looks like at your centre. In a 30-minute meeting we look at your case, and afterwards we send you a written proposal with a fixed price, with no commitment until you sign.

What is the Founding Centres Programme?

Accepted Answer

These are the conditions for the first four centres to implement Caminar Libre, until 30 November 2026: the first three months at 50% of the Centre plan fee, assisted implementation included and ninety days to decide. Founding centres also form the Founding Clinical Council, which decides the next improvements with us. After the first three months, the Centre plan fee applies.

What if it doesn't work for us?

Accepted Answer

You have ninety days to decide. If in that time Caminar Libre doesn't convince you, we end the contract with no cost or penalty and no questions asked; you only pay for the months of use. This applies to the Centre plan and to founding centres. The Practice plan has no minimum commitment.

Question 4

What is the difference between standard and assisted implementation?

Standard implementation is done remotely: setting up your centre, importing existing data if available, initial team training by video call and support during the first four weeks. Assisted implementation adds an on-site training day at your centre, onboarding the first patients and families with the team, and reviews at 30, 60 and 90 days. For founding centres, assisted implementation is included.

What happens if I exceed the active patient limit?

The platform notifies you as you approach your limit and you have until the following month to regularise. On the Centre plan you can move to the next tier at any time, effective immediately and with no switching cost.

How does annual billing work?

Accepted Answer

On the Centre plan you pay ten monthly instalments instead of twelve: that is two months free. The same rule applies on the base tier and the higher ones. It is the best option for centres with a fixed annual budget.

Do you have terms for groups with several centres?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Network plan brings together the centres of a single organisation under joint terms, tailored to the number of centres and patients. Ask for a proposal and we will prepare it for your group.

Question 8

Can I change plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can move up a plan or a tier at any time, effective immediately. Downgrades take effect in the next billing period, provided your usage is within the lower plan's limits.
