What does the pilot programme include?

Six months of full platform use for up to 25 active patients and all the centre's therapists, with implementation and team training included, in a single payment of €1,490. At the three-month mark we hold a joint review using your real usage data, so anything that needs correcting can still be corrected in time. At the end you receive a report with the results of the period. There is no commitment afterwards: once the six months are over, you decide whether to continue, and if you do, you get the Centre plan price that was in force when you signed up for the pilot.

What happens if I exceed the active patient limit?

The platform notifies you as you approach your limit and you have until the following month to regularise. On the Centre plan you can move to the next tier at any time, effective immediately and with no switching cost.

How does annual billing work?

On the Centre plan you pay ten monthly instalments instead of twelve: that is two months free. On the base tier, €2,990 per year instead of €299 per month. The higher tiers follow the same rule: €6,900, €11,900 and €18,900 per year. It is the best option for centres with a fixed annual budget.

Why does the Centre plan have a 6-month minimum commitment?

Because the value appears when daily logging becomes a habit for the team and the patients, and that takes months, not days. The commitment covers implementation and real adoption, not just the initial setup. Neither the pilot programme nor the Practice plan has a minimum commitment.

What does the Centre plan setup include?

Setting up your centre on the platform, importing existing data if available, initial team training, and support during the first 4 weeks. It is €149 paid once.

Can I change plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can move up a plan or a tier at any time, effective immediately. Downgrades take effect in the next billing period, provided your usage is within the lower plan's limits.
